| A charming 3 stars Hotel, located in a very quiet area in
the north of Milan just 1 minute walk from a nice park, ideal
for jogging and equipped for children. Our qualified
multilingual staff is always pleased to cater for your needs.
At La Residenza you will find the Sunflower Restaurant, a very
nice dining room where we serve a typical italian menu and
where we also organize parties to celebrate birthdays,
marriages, degree ceremonies etc. A very rich buffet breakfast
is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Don’t miss the
experience of tasting one of our genuine wines selection at
the “Wine Room” where you’ll find glasses and a bottle of wine
at your choice as an ideal Italian souvenir. In the lobby a
desk with free internet connection with ADSL at the disposal
of our customer-Our indoor garage is open 24 hours, as is our
bar that can offer cocktails, drinks, sandwiches and coffee.
Available for our guests is a wide and relaxing garden with
small tables and "lounge chairs" to enjoy a relax break in
hectic Milan. During summer time we organize aperitifs and
dinner with grilled meat outdoors. For “sports lovers” at a
short distance from the Hotel there’s a sport center "24Sport

  From
the Central Station to the Hotel La Residenza: take the yellow
underground to the Maciachini final station (3rd stop) , then
the bus n.70 (Bruzzano) or 52 (Comasina) or 41 (Bovisasca) for
5 stops - ask the driver for the Via Pellegrino Rossi - Baveno
stop.From bus stop turn right to Via Vignati for approx 200 mt
and turn left into Via Scialoia - the Hotel La Residenza is on
your right, immediately after the Church.Approx 15/20 minutes.
From the airport of Milan Malpensa: from the Milan
Malpensa airport the the "Malpensa Express" train, leaving
every 30 minutes, takes you in 30 minutes to the Bovisa
station at the price of € 9,00 only.The station is 1,5 km from
the hotel - we suggest a taxi, to be found at the station and
that will cost you approx € 10.00 to get to our "La

By car: take the Tangenziale Est, Venezia direction,
and follow the Torino signs. Exit at Cormano and follow the
signs for Milan (be careful not to follow the signs for
Cormano/Bresso).Drive straight on, pass the traffic light and
continue straight on to the Via Rubicone.After approx 500
meters drive on the bridge in the Bruzzano -Affori direction
and at the traffic light turn right in the Affori
direction.Drive straight on, reach the second traffic light
and turn left in the Via Astesani. Again straight on until you
reach Via Pellegrino Rossi and then turn left in the Via
Vignati (use the "Penny Market" neon sign as a reference
marker). At the end of the short Via Vignati turn left and you
are in Via Scialoia - the Hotel La Residenza is on your right,
immediately after the church.The drive from the Cormano exit
to the hotel is approx 3,5 km.

be cancelled. Cancellation policy: To check exhibition period
look at the calendar on www.fieramilano.com.During exhibition
periods should you wish to cancel please give 5 days notice.
Cancellations received with less than 5 days notice will be
charged 1 night. During normal periods we require 2 days
notice of cancellation. Notification of less than 2 days will
be charged 1 night stay. If you depart earlier than your
agreed booking period there will be a penalty of the amount of
1 nights stay minimum to 3 nights stay maximum. IMPORTANT:
