 From the
Airport: You have either direct busses (blu or orange) or
taxis that take you to Piazzale Roma. It takes about 20
minutes. You may also take a private watertaxi that will drop
you off in front of the hotel (approx. cost : 80 EURO per
trip). From the station You are just 5 minutes walking
distance, crossing the Grand canal over Ponte Dei Scalzi.
Arrival by car: You may park the car in various parkings: 1)
Tronchetto parking just at the near end of the Ponte della
Libertà. 2) Piazzale Roma parkings - there are 2 : San Marco
parking mainly for daily use or Comunale for 24 hours stay. 3)
Less expensive but as practical : At the beginning of Liberty
bridge you have a parking on the right were there is the Aval
offices (hotel information). You may leave your car there and
then take the bus to Piazzale Rome. Busses pass every 5
minutes and any bus goes to Piazzale Roma. You also have other
parkings in front of the railway station of Mestre. You may
leave your car there end take the train to Venice Santa Lucia
train station (trains pass every 5/10 minutes for Venice and
it takes 10 minutes to arrive) - Then you can go by foot or
use vaporetto(waterbus) n°1 and cross at Piazzale Roma.
